Joe Alleva announced late Wednesday that the LSU game will be played at 7pm (central) at Tiger Stadium as it was scheduled.

“It is apparent that the storm will move far enough to the west that we can play the game in Baton Rouge,” Joe Alleva said.

LSU vs. North Texas – Wheres the game?

So LSU and North Texas are lined up to play on Saturday at 7pm.

however !

Noone is sure yet where the game will be. Hurricane Ike is the culprit and as the locals know Baton Rouge was hit pretty hard by Gustov. Let’s do a checkpoint again on Thursday We’ll give a game preview and hopefully the big guys will have a made a decision on this.

In the leiu of the damage that Gustov has created in Baton Rouge and in Lousisiana as a whole, we are still waiting on a decision in regard to the LSU vs Troy game being cancelled or moved to another date. We expect a firm decision on Thursday.
